Appointments
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you or your child. We appreciate that you are busy with either work at home and/or your job outside the home, and that in most cases, your children are school aged, and you would like them to miss as little school time as possible. You are, indeed, like most people that we have the opportunity to work with in our office. With these concerns in mind, we ask that all of our patients participate in our "rotating appointment policy"– a before school, a during school, and an after school appointment time. We feel that this appointment approach creates equal access to the most desirable appointment times. Your cooperation in this rotation is paramount to its success.

Insurance
Our office will do whatever we can to help you maximize your orthodontic insurance benefits. We will assist you in contacting your insurance carrier to verify coverage and benefits. We will also be happy to file your claim and in most cases, we accept assignment of insurance benefits.
